Getting Started
Azure Latch is an unofficial, fan-made Roblox game created by devoted Blue Lock fans. The genre is battleground soccer — you pick a style based on a Blue Lock character, then compete in 5v5 matches. The game is based on the Blue Lock anime and manga and does not own the characters. Play at: https://www.roblox.com/games/94647229517154/RIN-Azure-Latch
Yes. Azure Latch is completely free to play. Style Cash is earned from match performance. Style Coins come from achievements and codes. Lucky Spins cost 15,000 Style Cash (earned free) or 150 Robux. The NEL Isagi Yoichi World Class style is completely free via the questline.
There are four ways: (1) Standard Roll — 250 Style Coins each, gives Legendary or Epic styles. (2) Lucky Spin — 15,000 Style Cash or 150 Robux, gives Mythical or World Class styles. (3) NEL Isagi Questline — complete 3 questlines for NEL Isagi (World Class) for free. (4) Limited Shop — special styles available for a limited time for Style Cash.
Style Cash is earned from match performance (wins, goals, assists, tackles, saves). It is used for Lucky Spins (15,000 each) and some limited-time shop items. Style Coins are a secondary currency earned from achievements and redeeming codes. They are used for Standard Rolls (250 each) which give Legendary/Epic styles.
Azure Latch has five rarity tiers: Mythical (rarest — Lucky Spin only, ~10% rate), World Class (very rare — Lucky Spin, or free via questline), Legendary (Standard Roll), Epic (Standard Roll), and Legacy Exclusive (event-only, no longer obtainable). Most competitive styles are Mythical.
Styles & Movesets
There is no universally best style — the competitive meta in 2026 favors Itoshi Rin (highest damage ceiling, Kill./Center of Gravity), Michael Kaiser (longest Flow at 68s, consistent shot pressure), and Itoshi Sae (99 Copy utility, Magic Pass support, Metavision). For beginners, NEL Isagi Yoichi (free) is the most accessible strong style.
Flow Awakening is a timed power state activated by pressing F. It unlocks additional moves (numbered 1–5) specific to your style. Most Flow Awakenings last 45–68 seconds (Mythical styles), 40–55 seconds (World Class/Legendary), and 30–35 seconds (Epic). During Flow, all base moves remain available alongside the new Flow moves.
iFrames (invincibility frames) mean the move cannot be interrupted or countered by an opponent's tackle or move during its activation window. A move with iFrames can be safely used even when opponents try to tackle you. Moves without iFrames will be interrupted, potentially causing you to lose the ball or get stunned.
A Counter requirement means the move activates as a reaction to an incoming tackle. When the counter triggers, it typically reverses the tackle back onto the opponent (ankle break). Examples: Rin's Fake Shot (counter + ankle breaks), Barou's Chop Dribble (counter), Kaiser's Dribble (counter). If the counter fails, you are usually stunned for ~1 second.
The 44-degree zone is a triangular area in front of the goal, roughly within a 44-degree angle from center. It is the area where Golden Zone can be activated. If you use Golden Zone outside this area, the move deals no steal and gives you massive endlag. You can visualize it as the central shooting cone directly in front of goal.
Codes & Currency
In-game, look for the Codes button in the main menu (typically on the left or bottom of the screen). Enter the code exactly as shown — codes are case-sensitive. Redeeming a code gives Style Coins directly to your account.
The fastest methods: (1) Win matches consistently (+100 Style Cash per win). (2) Score goals (+50 each). (3) Assist goals (+30 each). (4) Purchase the Double Style Cash gamepass (doubles all earnings). (5) Use the AFK Chamber for passive income when not actively playing. (6) Redeem active codes for bonus Style Coins.
15,000 Style Cash per Lucky Spin. At base earn rates, expect roughly 50–100 Style Cash per match depending on performance. With the Double Style Cash gamepass, this halves to 25–50 sessions. Budget approximately 100–200 standard matches per spin without the gamepass.
Special Interactions
In Overtime, the Itoshi Sae player must have the ball. The Itoshi Rin player (NOT on the same team as Sae) must use their Flow Awakening. Both conditions must occur simultaneously for the Final Matchup interaction to trigger.
NEL Isagi has two chemical reactions: (1) Back-Heel Shot — use Direct Shot while an opposing Itoshi Rin player tackles you mid-shot. (2) Two-Gun Volley — coordinate with a teammate so the ball is in the air and both conditions are met in the penalty area. Each has iFrames and is a guaranteed goal.
The Dragon Drive Chemical Reaction is between Ryusei Shidou and Itoshi Sae. When near the ball in the air, Itoshi Sae uses Magic Pass to Shidou, and Shidou uses Dragonic Rush. Requires 50+ Flow bar (does not drain it). Has a 3-minute global cooldown per team — all Shidou players on that team share it.
Mastery Don Lorenzo must use Ace Eater TWICE on an opposing player, then use Undead Crash or M1 pass to Barou. Barou must have the ball near 2 opposing players near the penalty area. Barou then uses Long Shot to activate it. The Chemical Reaction lasts 15 seconds before expiring. Guaranteed goal if landed.
Gameplay Mechanics
The Flow gauge fills through active match participation — scoring goals, assisting, tackling, saving (GK), and winning individual duel interactions. Offensive players fill it fastest by scoring and winning counter duels. Defenders fill it through successful tackles and blocks.
An Ankle Break is a status effect applied to the opponent that briefly stuns them, preventing movement and actions for a short window. Multiple moves — particularly counter-type moves like Fake Shot (Rin), Chop Dribble (Barou), and Hero's Instinct (NEL Kunigami) — include ankle break on successful activation.
Penalty Slowness is a movement speed debuff applied to players inside the penalty area under certain conditions. As of Update 14.5, dribbles that lift the ball (Monster Trance, AD Beautiful Destruction, Linkup) no longer trigger Penalty Slowness, giving players more mobility in the box.
